I’ve been seeing Dr. Nicole for a few months now and enjoy our appointments. I feel as if she takes time to understand me before assigning me medication (I am nervous about this). Staff, especially Krishka, is super responsive and kind. My mental health journey has just started but I am in good hands!
I had an appointment today on Monday, September 9th, at 930 arrive before 9 I wasn't seeing Tom well, at 940. The nurse practitioner was very rude and sarcastic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this facility to seek help and be treated this way.
Online platform - Super easy to navigate and is visually easy on the eyes.
Staff - Very nice staff with excellent communication and considerate of any and all needs. Easy to make appointments and easy to reschedule.
Facilities - Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Access to restrooms.
Prescribing Dr/Nurse - Dr Nicole is fantastic! I had a bad experience prior to seeing Dr Nicole and it was like a breath of fresh air to meet her. Each appointment I feel heard and understood. She is very thorough, thoughtful and attentive. Super grateful to have her taking care of my medication needs.

Dr. Gregorio has been my Doctor for several months now. She has helped me tremendously in finding the correct medications that works for me. The staff at Arbor Wellness go above and beyond to help their patients and every interaction with them is very productive.

Such an amazing experience. I’m so happy my friend recommended me to Nicole. I have terrible anxiety when flying and I have an international flight coming up. I was able to make an appointment with such ease through their website. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The aesthetics of the office seemed calm and neat. Nicole really listens to all of your concerns. She is empathetic and very knowledgeable. This is a judgment free environment. I live across town but the drive is worth it. I highly recommend coming here.

After numerous attempts to schedule an appointment with my psychiatrist who could not accommodate me for another 6 months, I decided to call Arbor Wellness for a consultation. I can say it is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental health. The staff was courteous, professional, quick to respond, and took the time to answer my questions to make me feel at ease. The booking process was also very effortless, in which the staff directed me to an online portal where I was able to schedule an appointment in just a few days. I found the clinic clean, inviting, and was located in a very safe area.

It was obvious that she is as dedicated to mental wellness as she is to the welfare of her practice and her patients. She understood my needs and did her best to accommodate them.
